The Inside Sales Specialist will contact prospects via telephone, email and other follow up methods to secure solid leads that will be provided to the direct sales team.

Requires superior telephone skills, writing skills, and the ability to discern the level of interest in each prospect. Experience in calling into engineering, transportation, utilities or other technical markets is required.
You will work with the best and most talented sales team in the industry representing the most current and exciting UAS sensors and platforms.

Job Requirements


Essential Functions

1. Identifies revenue opportunities within customers' communities through communications, programs and other activities as needed.
2. Prospects, qualifies and generates sales qualified leads within the company’s established target market segments.
3. Telephones prospects to identify appropriate contacts, qualify and drive leads through the sales pipeline.
4. Ensures suspect identification, planning, account qualification and needs analysis at all prospect levels.
5. Works closely with Business Development, Marketing and Account Management.
6. Engages in technical discussions with potential clients through demonstrations and presentations.
7. Remains knowledgeable and up-to-date on changes and developments across the UAS industry.
8. Captures all prospect information and logs all activities within the organizations CRM (Salesforce). Keeps management informed of all activity via logging of actions in CRM.
