Job Description


Join our team! As the Senior Performance Marketing Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of enthusiastic, self-motivated, and data-driven professionals across our marketing division. You will partner with marketing program managers, leverage your prior experience executing and measuring digital marketing campaigns, and create repeatable digital marketing frameworks that leverage validated best practices to activate campaigns.

Responsibilities
• Design and activate strategic campaigns or programs in collaboration with campaign managers by selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
• Coordinate with marketing channels, data, analytics, and creative teams to develop campaign activation frameworks aligned to strategic growth initiatives (e.g., demand creation, sales acceleration, awareness, and competitive displacement)
• Facilitate campaign discovery meetings to align go-to-market strategy with campaign activation frameworks
• Document and communicate campaign activation strategies, campaign proposals, and performance reporting
• Act as a liaison between campaign management, channel, data, analytics, and creative teams
• Identify areas for campaign and process optimization to drive growth and accelerate throughput
• Help drive innovative campaigns with ABM best practices and supporting the organizations ABM mission

Job Requirements


Requirements
• 5-7+ years of marketing experience within B2B
• 2+ years of experience in account based marketing or in a segment-based marketing role
• Proven track record for executing and measuring successful integrated and digital marketing campaigns
• Demonstrated capacity for developing and understanding marketing strategy
• Strategic thinker who can effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well in a cross-functional team environment
• Self-starter, detail and task oriented, highly organized, with a customer-oriented attitude
• Competent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s or higher in marketing, business, or related field (MBA preferred)
