The primary function of this Accessories division position is to successfully lead a worldwide Sales Teams to promote and sell the company's products and services to prospective clients. Direct the internal and external advocacy of both teams to improve intercompany orders and drive external business toward our distributors.
Oversee and advise Account Managers and RSM’s on new business development, customer retention, and distributor relationships
Drive the promotion of new products for a worldwide market, define and design programs specifically related to different geographies: EMEA, APAC, LATAM
Hold sales team accountable for revenue targets and new channels
Work closely with Supply Chain Manager to prepare for increasing sales and demand within appropriate pricing models for each region
Utilize a strong working knowledge of the construction, positioning, or civil engineering fields
Create and deploy tools to the sales teams which allow them consistent competitive positioning information.
Develop SWOT analysis of our key competitors, identify and execute on the opportunities discovered as well as firm up our areas of exposure.
Expand our markets internationally as well as domestically (NA).
Identify pools of revenue opportunity, the products required and present to management a cohesive opportunity assessment for decisions.
Skills and Experience Required
4-year college degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Business , or relevant field, or a combination of relevant education and experience.
7 years’ experience in sales management
5 years’ experience in a sales role, demonstrated ability to meet/exceed targets
Advanced skills in MS Office, MS Project (or similar project management software)
Ability to promote teamwork and effective communication
Must be approachable and accountable in high stress environment
Position includes domestic and international travel.
Advanced skills in understanding and performing rigorous market analysis in an atmosphere of ambiguity
