Job Description

GeoSearch, Inc. is actively seeking a Marketing Coordinator with some experience marketing geospatial software, products or services. This position is remote and can be located in either USA or Canada.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Work with Sales Director to develop and implement the company’s branding and marketing strategy
• Create and coordinate content; implement marketing, branding, and advertising plans
• Prepare and distribute promotional materials
• Aid Sales in the preparation and delivery of presentations
• Develop and maintain significant business relations within the marketplace in the name of the Company
• Plan meetings and industry events by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments
• Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring program success
• Prepare and present regular sales forecasting reports
• Generate, maintain, and present reports on company marketing efforts and sales metrics
• Manage company website content, social medias, blogs, and internal/external newsletters
• Additional duties as required

Job Requirements

Must have successfully completed a training program in Marketing, Communications, Remote Sensing or GIS from a recognized post-secondary institution, or equivalent experience.

Additional requirements include:
• Experience with CRM software, and interfacing market content with lead generation
• Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to interpret and extrapolate data and metrics, including ROI and KPIs
• Experience building, managing, and evolving brands
• Extensive experience managing multiple medias including but not limited to company website and social media platforms
• Experience in budget management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, technical writing abilities, and presentation skills
• Effective problem solving and decision-making skills
• Strong customer services skills and understanding of consumer behavior
• Experience with video/photo editing and graphic design an asset
