Our client is a small, but stable enterprise GIS company serving local government clients in the state of California. They are seeking to hire a Customer Success Manager who will be the pivotal point of contact between the Client, Staff Consultants, and company Ownership. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with an operations or GIS Account Manager background.
This position requires:
A strong understanding of Enterprise GIS (ESRI, ArcGIS specifically)
The Ability to manage timelines and monitor the execution of projects
Experience managing technical teams/project managers
A high level of organization and communication ability
