Job Description

As a member of the State/Local Government team, use your creativity, marketing expertise, and project management skills to develop, manage, and execute strategic marketing campaigns. You'll partner with key internal stakeholders to ensure the successful planning and execution of focused campaigns, community building activities, and industry relations campaigns to ensure campaign goals and KPIs are met in key markets.

- Develop, coordinate, execute, and measure industry marketing campaigns, defining tactics from start to finish, by partnering with industry, corporate marketing teams (email, web, social, advertising, etc.), business development, product marketing, and others to ensure successful tactic delivery, across the state and local government public sector industries
-Disciplines include government administration, community development, economic development, land records, environmental, health and human services, engineering, public works, transportation, geographic information systems, information technology, and related sectors
- Provide industry-appropriate business writing skills and marketing expertise to lead the development of campaign plans and marketing assets
- Leverage marketing analytics and reporting platforms to determine campaign success criteria; manage campaign activity reports and ROI analytics
- Effectively manage tactics and communications with cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize and lead high impact campaigns aligned with sector and company goals
- Proactively work with internal and external customers to identify, resolve, and escalate campaign risks and issues hindering delivery of tactics
- Develop strong partnerships with global marketing and business development teams to create strategically aligned marketing plans
- Create campaign assets, including messaging, collateral, and digital content, that contribute to overall campaign success
- Lead and support event messaging and execution as part of an integrated campaign plan to achieve industry goals
- Deliver campaign assets on time and on budget
- Work with the marketing automation, marketing analytics, and creative lab teams to establish best practices and optimize campaign performance

Job Requirements

- 3+ years of marketing experience within business-to-business and/or business-to-consumer fields, preferably marketing to business professionals in industries such public administration, community development, health, economic development, public works, land records, transportation or a related public sector market
- Excellent verbal communication and writing skills for internal and external audiences
- Highly organized, strongly self-motivated, and the ability to multi-task activities with shifting priorities
- Knowledgeable to strong understanding of CRM, social media platforms, business intelligence, and project management processes
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate matrixed resources and drive measurable results
- Must be able to travel up to 20% during peak marketing periods
- Develop proficiency in ArcGIS software
- Bachelor’s in business, marketing, or related field (master's preferred)

- Ability to translate technically complex concepts into simple and compelling messages that effectively communicate business value
- Knowledge or experience marketing technology to government administration, community development, economic development, land records, environmental, health and human services, engineering, public works, transportation, environmental, natural resources, information technology, and related disciplines
- Use of sales and marketing automation systems such as Pardot, Adobe Analytics, and Salesforce
